Our founder, David Orange, has built more than 1500 homes in the Nelson region over the past twenty years. That's a lot! With this comes a wealth of experience - we’ve developed a very successful and proven process over the years - for you, this means building with us can actually be fun and stress-free.

We are locally owned and operated and unlike franchises, we don’t pay franchise fees or for expensive TV advertising. Or should that be, you don’t pay? We also don’t pay celebrities to endorse us. We let our customers do that, for free.

Our established position means we have the same buying power as big housing companies and to top it all off, our homes are covered by the NZ Certified Builders 10 Year Guarantee.
