Grenada Hunters Hill

Grenada Hunters Hill (known previously as Lincolnshire Farm) is a new Greenfields subdivision strategically located between State Highways 1 and 2, and close to all three major Wellington urban centres of Porirua, Hutt Valley and Wellington City.

The proposed development, over the next 15 years will include:

800 – 900 new households in a variety of densities and styles, including stand-alone houses, townhouses and lifestyle blocks.

New road connections, as well as recreation and ecological links and protection. A 4-lane link road from State Highway 1 between Tawa and the Grenada interchange connecting to State Highway 2 between Petone and Dowse interchanges in the Hutt Valley.
